We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer/debit via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to check out.

Refunds and Returns

We guarantee satisfaction or your money back. Within 5 days from receipt of your order, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund, less the original shipping cost. Please email us for a return authorization prior to mailing. Include a copy of your sales slip with your return. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

Shipping

Shipments are generally sent out within 48 hours of receipt of order, via USPS (United States Postal Service), or UPS ground. Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Flat rate shipping costs apply to orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states. Orders delivered to Hawaii and Alaska are best shipped US mail and will be priced at actual cost. You will be quoted these rates before we process your order. For orders lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for instructions.

We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped to a Maine address.
